The Catechism tells us that Our Christian life is about going back to the Father. ‘The Holy Spirit brings us to Jesus, and Jesus brings us to the Father.’

More people feel more comfortable with Jesus than with the Father.  In many families Children here from their moms that they are loved. Moms say ‘I love you.’ While the Father in a family is mush more reserved in saying ‘I love you.’ Now this is an image of the Trinity. Many people  can be healed from a life time of hurt by hearing from their dad ‘I love you. I am proud of you.’ The very fact that a dad might rarely if almost never say those words, makes the word sink deeper in the heart. It seems that this is an image of the Father in Heaven. We know that Jesus and Mary love you, but we are not so quite as sure about the Father. But a day comes when we hear the Father in Heaven say to us ‘I love you.’

In fact, there was a saint who heard in prayer once in a voice from the Father say to her ‘My daughter I love you.’ and It so moved her that she was telling everyone for the rest of her life ‘The Father loves me.’

So while a mother can love a face that only a mother can love. We still can be moved transformed and changed by only hearing a single time from our earthly Father ‘I love you.’ and it seems while God the Father loves us so much, with an infinite love. It is precisely because He loves us, that only hearing maybe once in prayer from Him ‘My daughter my son I love you.’ and hearing that once is enough to convince us of His Love. So what it must be like in Heaven when we will be caught up in the Father Love for His Son for all eternity.

The Father voice in Heaven echoes in the voice of your father that gave you life. It is One voice of Love. The Father in Heaven loves you. And he is setting the stage to find that perfect time to tell you of His Love.
