The Holy Spirit speaks all languages.. even people who don’t speak in the same tongue know each other in the Holy Spirit.. as if the Holy Spirit is the great Rosetta Stone. The Holy Spirit is the Holy interpreter of all languages.. that makes communication possible to those who have scattered languages.. each ‘understood what the Apostles we saying in their own language.’
Yesterday in the hospital.. go into a room.. the nurse says ‘the patient in next room wants to see you ‘ thinking some Catholic or non Catholic wants to see a Chaplin. Go into Room. The patient heard my voice and recognize my voice in the hall way.. some from about 23 years ago at St Mary in Alexandria.. a teacher 3 rd grade who loved when I came and talked to the kids.. not knowing that I was the Chaplin at the Hospital.. but recognized my voice from the hall way going into another room.. without seeing me or hearing my name! or even knowing that I was working at the hospital!!
Go into room.. bless the person.. but made me think that this was an image of how the voice breath of the Holy Spirit can does make Jesus known..
found it amazing that without see someone or even talking in like 22 years. Remember me only by a voice!!
Felt like how Holy Spirit voice make the Word known to us..
