And when you look at pictures of people from the 70s and now at the beach.. most everyone was thin back then..

Was thinking we often think of some crazy world in the future

But we are living in what would have been a dystopian world now..

Image an author writing a book a hundred years ago describing a future world where the food we ate was man made.. made in a factory

Think about it we have concept stores like ‘Whole Food’ and ‘Real Food ‘ as If was a concept that actual food that came from the earth should be available!!

An other age except ours didn’t have words like ‘Whole Food ‘ for them it was just food.. how in the world did we get to the point that actual food that came from the earth was a marketing device.. think about that.. an author describing a world in the future where most people didn’t eat real food…

I don’t think people in the past got as fat as us simply it is harder to get fat when most of your diet came directly from the earth..
